When I lived in Africa I donated to a hospital that offered sterilisation services ,it was voluntary and had many African women who were fed up of producing picanninies every five minutes signing up.
What a dreadful speech, full of claims that cannot be supported, for example: "People who are vulnerable, people who are weak, people who are frail, they will be killed and they will be pressurised to die. They will be pressurised, sometimes by greedy relations, sometimes by overworked physicians, most often by themselves." I have never encountered such views and at my age I have seen lots of deaths. I don't just want to be alive, I want quality of life and I believe that means my right to life includes ending it in a dignified way. I don't want to suffer the hell of a care home or NHS hospital.
I have been in 3 situations where I was the health-care proxy who had to make decisions. It is overwhelming and certainly not anything you can prepare for. Especially during the Covid pandemic time when I had to pull my car over on the Southern State Parkway to hear emergency room activity with those electric paddle things hitting my sister then hearing them call her time of death. Covid. Ten days later another sister died, and I had to hear that too in my car. I had no say in anything what with the Covid protocols that were in place.
Neither of them had a DNR document, and I always felt that one of my sisters was efficiently helped on her way. The other sister had better insurance.
Are you pleased Dt Mengele lived on and under your beliefs was granted the good grace to live on and never face retribution for his heinous experiments at Auschwitz?

I saw a film recently on you tube ,I've wanted to see it for years .It was Charlton Heston's last film (He's utterly brilliant in it ,I met him at a reception I gatecrashed at the theatre Royal in Bath he was here doing a famous American play with his wife "love letters.I can honestly say therefore I've met Moses,General Gordon and El Cid without being put in the madhouse)This last role in ,"My Father",Dr Josef Mengele.
